Need help on 01 C5??

i badly damaged the Skid Plate or Skid bar the one that holds the radiator in place and i was told that it needs welding, should i purchase a new, used or can i still use the same one? i also will need the front bumper piece kit. i think someone said the horn, air pump are connected to this too. thanks,
