Just got this new rumor phone can't send picture mail?

I can't send one f***ing picture my old phone worked perfectly mind you it was a rumor as well my mom started complaining and had it replaced... F***... anyway now this piece of ..... keeps saying "Pword for PictureMail must be at least 4 characters." and a space to type the pword.... I have tried putting in my own pword but it has been acting so stupid... I have not spent a whole day with this phone and I'm ready to see how long it would last in the fireplace... if it helps at all its a f****ing sprint.... This was not the only problem I have encountered with this phone so please excuse the "language"
