How do I get my ripped body back?

i use to workout religiously, 3 times a day 3 days a week, 2 times a day 2 days a week. but when i moved from my old town i lost my weight set and all my workout equipment, and i'm not gonna lie, i was pretty ripped. but now i'm startin to get fat. i feel friggin gross. with jus a bar and 40 pounds of weights. how can i get ripped again like really really fast. i want my wwe john morris torsoe back. someone help me out. pleeeease.
