Will I be able to get this traffic ticket dropped if it wasn't my vehicle?

I was pulled over for improper ping on the right while driving my fathers car. Come to find out, the car had no insurance, expired registration, expired tags. I received tickets for those as well as for operation of an unregistered motor vehicle. This all happened in Delaware. However, the ticket has no vehicle information on it, no vehicle owner information on it, and I didn't have to sign the ticket. Is this a ticket that I could get dismissed?
