Alien Abduction? What can i do?

Well, im 13 and last night was weird. i was on my phone in bed at 12-1am, i cant remember, and i saw a spark beside me lasting 2-5 seconds, it was like a candlelight colour. i got scared, and then blank. i cant remember. but in the morning, my underwear and shorts were on the floor, on top of each other, when they were on me at the night.I felt paralysed when i woke up at 10-11am and could get up at 12. i ask a very close friend, whos Grandad have had this experience at my age, and said it might have been an alien probe, i also had stomach pains, near my ribs. He said that it happened to his grandad, who told him the full story. I felt paralysed at the morning, my head soo confused and i was out cold for 10 hours. we think it would be an alien probe/abduction. THIS ISNT A JOKE, IM SERIOUSLY FRIGHTENED AND NEED HELP. Will this happen again? what can i do? what can i do to remeber or will i get a video recorder and tape this?
