I'm thinking about upgrading my video card, what price range makes it worth it?

I have an Intel quad too that came with a 9500 GS. You will definitely see a good difference if you spend $100 or $200 on a different card, something like a Radeon 4850 (what I have now) or higher, or 9800 GTX+ or higher on the Nvidia side
