Gahh! what do i do!?! im afraid to ask him out. =[ help?

So theres this guy...at school he's so cute and i love his personality but he just sometimes acts like a or something and yea its cute when he does it but that makes me think that he just wants to like get in my pants or something 0_o im sooo confused on what to do. im terrified of asking him out but were like friends i guess...we talk haha. well any afvice? just please help me =] thanks so mucho <3
