IDF: In a war with Syria/ Lebanon, will Givati see just as much action as Golani?

I will soon be drafted into the IDF and i want to make sure my choice to join Givati is a good one. I'm afraid that I will only see action against Egypt or Gaza but not with Syria or Lebanon..... Is this true? Or does Givati do just as much?...... Is givati as good or better than golani?
