Is it legal for random strangers to hand out bibles on my public campus to any perby?

It's absolutely legal to give stuff away, yes. And it's absolutely legal to take what they give you and run it through the nearest shredder. I'm always grateful when fundies give me things, because I know that at least that one tract or bible or whatever, will never harm anyone. Sometimes, I'll even ask for extras. ;)
