Why is it easy for a person to by an AR-15 then it is hazardous chemicals?

Uh, the only way to "legally" convert a semi-auto to full-auto is if you paid the tax or had a Cl 3 license. Even possessing the conversion parts is a violation. I'd read up a little more about that stuff first.
